Refund policy

This policy is intended to reflect both fairness toward the customer and the integrity of educational material developed with care, intention, and long-term purpose.

Digital documents and downloadable resources are supported by a 30-day assurance period.

If the product does not serve you as intended, a full refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Requests will be handled with clarity, respect, and prompt assistance.

⊰ Courses & Programs ⊱   

 

1. Reservation Refunds Prior to Course Release

Reservations for unreleased courses may be fully refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided the course has not yet been released.

 

2. Refunds After Course Release

Once a course becomes available and access has been granted, refunds may be requested within 14 days of access, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been viewed.

After this period, or once the viewing threshold has been exceeded, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

 

3. Course Delivery Window

Should a course experience a significant delay beyond its communicated release window, accommodations or refunds may be considered accordingly.
